All of our products are handmade with care.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time — we’ll notify you if that’s the case.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

3. Delivery Issues

If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

We’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue or filing a carrier claim.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Because our items are handmade, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged or defective.

If an item arrives damaged:

We can only accept cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing your order — after that, production may already be in progress.
